How about Copyright

If you are producing eLearning content it could be nice to use others work to improve your content. Eg. Music, Videos, Photos, Text and other stuff could be helpful for you. In general the creator of any content has all rights on her or his content. Same as you have if you create anything for your class.
The problem with copyright is that it might take a lot of work to discover if anyone allows you to use her/his work. Another problem is that your work wont be used as much as it could be. With CreativeCommons you can define how your Work might be used by others.
